Huspy Expands UAE Footprint With LuxuryX Acquisition

UAE property technology consolidation

Dubai-based property technology platform Huspy has acquired LuxuryX, a move the company says coincides with a sharp expansion of its network across the United Arab Emirates. Huspy, which has built its business around digitising the home-buying and mortgage process in the Gulf, positioned the deal as part of a broader push to widen its reach among brokers and agents operating in the UAE’s high-value residential segment.

While the companies have not disclosed the financial terms of the transaction, Huspy indicated that its UAE agent and broker network has grown by 75 percent, a figure it links to the integration of LuxuryX’s operations and client base. The acquisition brings together Huspy’s existing technology-driven brokerage and mortgage advisory services with LuxuryX’s positioning in the luxury property segment, an area of the market that has drawn increasing attention from both regional and international buyers in recent years.

Founded to streamline what has traditionally been a fragmented and paperwork-heavy process, Huspy has grown by combining digital tools with in-person brokerage services, targeting both first-time buyers and investors navigating the UAE’s mortgage and title transfer requirements. The addition of LuxuryX is expected to strengthen Huspy’s presence among agents serving premium developments, an area where personalised service and market knowledge remain central to closing deals, even as digital platforms take on a larger role in the transaction process.

Wider Implications For UAE Property Tech

The acquisition arrives at a moment when consolidation among property technology firms in the Gulf has been gathering pace, as companies seek scale to compete for market share in one of the world’s most closely watched real estate markets. Dubai and Abu Dhabi have both seen sustained demand from international buyers, and platforms that can offer integrated brokerage, financing and advisory services under one roof have found themselves better positioned to capture transaction volume across price tiers, from mid-market apartments to high-end villas and branded residences.

For agents and brokers operating under the LuxuryX name, the integration into Huspy’s network is likely to mean access to a broader technology stack, including tools for managing mortgage applications and client relationships that Huspy has developed for its wider UAE operations. For buyers, the practical effect of such consolidation is typically a more streamlined process, with fewer intermediaries required to move from property search through to financing and closing.

The deal also reflects a pattern seen elsewhere in the Gulf’s real estate sector, where technology-enabled brokerages have sought to differentiate themselves through acquisitions that add specialised market segments rather than relying solely on organic growth. Luxury and branded residences have become a particular focus for developers and brokers in the UAE, given sustained interest from high-net-worth buyers in Dubai, and increasingly Abu Dhabi, seeking both lifestyle assets and long-term investment value.

Details of the acquisition were first reported by Pulse 2.0, which noted the network growth figure alongside confirmation of the LuxuryX acquisition, though further specifics on deal structure and timeline have yet to be made public.

For the UAE and wider GCC audience, the transaction underscores how quickly the region’s property technology landscape is consolidating, with implications for how both residents and overseas investors interact with brokers when buying homes in a market that continues to attract global capital.
